We are seeking a friendly and motivated Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role will focus on providing excellent customer service and supporting our marketing efforts to promote our insurance products. Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person regarding insurance policies, claims, and billing.
- Assist clients in understanding coverage options and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Marketing:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our insurance products and services.
- Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for insurance agents.
- Promote special offers and educate potential clients on the benefits of our insurance solutions.
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry and document preparation.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a positive customer experience and meet agency goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using phone systems, CRM software, and basic office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-first attitude.
- Knowledge of insurance products is a bonus but not required (training provided).
- Seeking Bi-Lingual Candidates as well (Spanish)
Schedule:
- Part-time, 20-25 hours per week.
