Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Personal Lines Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, providing personalized insurance solutions, and building lasting relationships with clients. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping people protect what matters most.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect, identify, and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other lead-generation strategies. 
  • Assess clients’ insurance needs and recommend appropriate personal lines insurance products (e.g., auto, home, renters, umbrella). 
  • Provide accurate quotes, explain coverage options, and guide clients through the insurance purchasing process. 
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. 
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics. 
  • Stay informed about industry trends, products, and regulations to provide expert advice to clients. 
  • Collaborate with underwriting and customer service teams to ensure seamless policy issuance and servicing. 
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM software.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Valid Pennsylvania Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license (or willingness to obtain within 45 days. 
  • 1-3 Years of experience in sales, preferably in insurance, financial services, or a related field. 
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. 
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills. 
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Knowledge of personal lines insurance products and industry regulations is a plus. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with insurance quoting software. 
  • Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is a plus.
